After you reach out to us with an initial inquiry we respond promptly giving you general pricing. If you'd like to set up a time to meet, we would love the opportunity to meet you, look at your yard, hear your pool ideas and give you an exact quote. This doesn't have to be a long process especially if you know what you are looking for. However we can certainly help you narrow down things like- pool size and depth, step choice, pool layout, and any optional features you may want. Once those specifics have been decided and you've agreed to move forward with the quoted pool price, we send over a contract with the terms/ payment agreement. At this point in the process to hold prices/an installation date it does require a down payment and signed contract. Once those are taken care of, we move onto pool permitting, liner/ cover choices and ordering your pool kit. The next step is waiting for the time of your pool installation, sometimes this can be the hardest time. We pride ourselves on giving you an accurate installation date, this ensure you can make plans accordingly. We also maintain communication during this time, giving you updates on when products come in, permits are ready and any ability to move up the start date. When the installation date comes, your pool installation is our top priority! We understand the commitment you gave to us and we want you to feel that same level of commitment while we are in your backyard. Ideally we start digging on Monday and are wrapping up with back fill by Friday. There are exceptions like weather and unforeseen product issues but we try our best to plan ahead and avoid any delays. When we finish up with back filling the next step is the finished concrete deck, after that is complete we come back to install your pool cover and any slide/ diving board/ games you may have. After that your dream pool will be ready to enjoy!!"

Chemical Sales
We do offer quality chemicals for sale. Proteam and Pristiva are our recommended products. All the chemicals you need for a summer can be brought out at your pool opening. We can also have any chemical shipped or picked up from our shop at your convenience.
Giving your pool a new liner will bring back that crisp look like when it
was first built. We offer 3 different brands all with many patterns, colors and price options
The process of liner replacement- after selecting your new liner pattern we will come out to drain your pool, we will then remove and dispose of your old liner, after we have patched any holes in your pool bottom we install your new liner. Then your pool is as good as new!
